    Partner described the high-stakes nature of the new performance metrics, where partners must demonstrate sustained Copilot adoption over 12 months, and the risk of being paused if targets are not met, especially for smaller partners.  The risk of usage regression post baseline is a concern that can be due to customer out of business or org disruptions.  How will these be addressed? Can a high water mark post baseline at claim be considered?

    Eligible Product Lists for All MCI Engagements with Revenue Performance Measurements

    Hello team,One of my partners shared today that it would be great to have the eligible product lists for the Cloud Endpoint Envisioning & PoC workshop, to know exactly what products will generate the revenue impact needed for the new MCI Performance measurements. While looking closer to this, I noticed that the Eligible Product List is available only for this EA Security Accelerate program (https://aka.ms/EASecurityAccelerateGuide). However, similar lists are missing from the main MCI Guide (https://aka.ms/incentivesguide) or from the Security Performance Measurements (https://assetsprod.microsoft.com/mpn/en-us/fy26-security-partner-investments-performance-measurements.pdf) and the Modern Work Performance Measurements (https://assetsprod.microsoft.com/mpn/en-us/fy26-modern-work-partner-investments-performance-measurements.pdf).It would be very helpful for partners and for us to include the full list of eligible products/SKUs for all MCI Engagements with revenue-based performance measurements directly in the respective performance guides. This should cover, at minimum, the following engagements:Copilot + Power Envisioning & PoCCopilot + Power Deployment AcceleratorSecure Productivity Envisioning & PoCCloud Endpoints Envisioning & PoCData Security Envisioning WorkshopThreat Protection Envisioning WorkshopHaving these lists in the official guides will help partners plan, deliver, and report on engagements more effectively, and ensure alignment with program requirements.Thank you for considering this feedback!

    FastTrack service description - Adjust "Engaging FastTrack"

    Process and Expectations - FastTrack – Microsoft 365 | Microsoft Learn   Hi dear team,    Many discussions with partners generated this piece of feedback/advise, to help customers understand that they can involve themselves directly with FRP instead of raising an RFA. Sometimes customers/partners think that the process requires the completion of an RFA to "officialize" the association process, when in reality, just a CPOR claim is sufficient. With the RME engine, raising an RFA via the "official" source can translate into an assignment to a wrong partner, when in reality, the customer doesn't even need to raise that RFA in the first place.   Our suggestion is to change the vocabulary in the "Engaging FastTrack" to something like: "Raising FastTrack assistance requests are not required for customers already working with our FastTrack Ready Partner (link here). Instead of just "For a list of FastTrack Ready Approved partners, click here"."   I am available for additional conversations around this.

    Educating CSMs on Voucher Program

    Feedback was given on the need to better educate Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in Japan about the Voucher Program, as there was only one engagement last fiscal year. The problem is the lack of awareness among CSMs. The impact of not addressing this is low engagement in the program. To measure the impact, Microsoft could track the increase in CSMs’ knowledge and subsequent engagements by region.

    Partner glossary for abbreviations

    I'd like to make a suggestion to create a glossary that is shareable with the partners that would include Microsoft abbreviations. Even though in some of the calls these are provided at the beginning, for partners watching recordings, and not actively participating in chats it can be quite hard to keep up with them. 
     
    As far as "what should be included" is considered...my personal opinion is that there is nothing of sensitive importance when it comes to these abbreviations.

    Remediation Checklist (RCL)

    The link to the FastTrack Remediation Checklist is no longer working.  We are receiving the below error. 
    It was mentioned that the RCL is being removed from the FRP program entirely to be replaced by the Advanced Deployment Guides.  Please do not do this.  The RCL is essential for the Assessment meeting and is a great conversation starter about workloads customers are not familiar with and upgrade (upsell) options.  We rely quite heavily on the RCL.  Though, we also walk customers through the wizards, we hold an Assessment meeting prior to any Deployment Guide tours.

    I don't know what sourse is the most reliable.
     
    It would be really useful if there was a website created for FastTrack Ready Partners with all the documents, instructions, templates, news.

    https://m365-specialty-partner.powerappsportals.com/knowledgebase/article/KB-01067/en-us has a link to FastTrack for Azure service-level description which has a page that is 4 years old. I doubt that is still accurate.
