Search for Resources
Important! Before opening a new case, in the What can we help you with? tool, search for the topic you require assistance with, see example below. Select Show more (as shown in image below) to scroll through all options.
Search for Your Existing Cases
Review cases previously opened. To verify, on the Community Portal on the top navigation, select Support, View Cases, My Open Cases.
Update Existing Cases
1. If a case needs to be updated, on the Partner Support landing page select My Open Cases.
2. In the far-right column, select the down arrow under View details for the case you wish to update.
3. When completing the form, note that you can include a description and attach a file by selecting Choose Files. Select Submit.
