This report is used to check the overall performance of all customers’ workloads in the portfolio. Active Usage (AU) attribution by year (Y), quarter (Q), and month (M) can be reviewed.

Filters

Page-level Filters on: Tenant Name, Workload Name, Area, and Usage Bucket. Note: The default selection for all the filters is All. Press the Ctrl button on your keyboard to select multiple options.

  • General performance, portfolio details, tenant/service numbers, and more. Note: Active Usage (AU) is Monthly Active Usage (MAU) divided by Paid Available Units (PAU) in the portfolio.
  • MAU growth is Active Usage increase/decrease. The growth shows how many seats have been activated in the last month.
  • Tenant growth as the partner’s claim changes over time.
  • Monthly Active Usage (MAU) changes with Paid Available Units (PAU).
  • Opportunities that are available by checking AU in this section.

Note: MAU, PAU, and MAU delta change(s) are available. Additional filters can be added for the specific fiscal year by applying the fiscal year filter on Set Your Report Level Tab.
