Use this guide to access reports in Power BI within the FastTrack Partner Experience (FPX) in Partner Center to identify opportunities, track progress against active use goals, and gain insights on customer usage trends.
Initial access to the FastTrack Partner Experience
Users are required to have a Report Viewer or Executive Report Viewer role for at least one MPN enrolled in the FPC to access the FPX, which is hosted in the Insights section of Partner Center.
To verify Report Viewer or Executive Report Viewer role assignment:
- Go to Partner Center.
- Select Sign In (top right).
- Once authenticated, select the Dashboard button.
- Select the Settings icon (gear icon – top right) and then select Account Settings.
- Select User Management and then Search for your account or the account in question.
- Open the account details, by selecting the user in question.
- Confirm the View data and reports for one or more locations (select the locations where the user needs to be able to view data and reports.) is checked.
- Confirm the Report Viewer or Executive Report Viewer role is selected.
Navigating to the FRP Dashboard
Log into the FastTrack Partner Experience (FPX) in Partner Center.
- Log in to Partner Center.
- Select Dashboard.
- Select the Insights tile.
- In the left navigation, select FastTrack.
- Click the FRP Dashboard link at the top to open the FRP Dashboard Power BI report.
