MDO feedback from Partner:
- Licensing is too complicated. SPF, DKIM, DMARC not well understood.
- Language used to describe anti-spoofing tends to confuse in general.
- Repeated product name changes cause a lot of confusion because old and new are often spoken interchangeably.
- Product marketing messages out of step with the realities of real-world implementation.
- Customer perception is often that these are “set it and forget it” services, leaving them unprepared for how much they have to learn for maximum ROI.
