As partners are receiving more Standard Referrals, we want to clarify the language used to distinguish referral types.
A “Request for Assistance” (RFA) will come from either the customer or the field. This RFA will be routed as a Benefit Referral or Standard Referral (Non-Benefit, paid services). In the FastTrack-Centered UX (FCU), Standard Referrals are also called “Non-Benefit” referrals.
In the past, RFAs have been synonymous with Benefit Referrals. Now that we have two types flowing through the system, we will simply refer to RFA as the entry point for referrals. Email templates have been updated with this language.
