As a result of the recent FastTrack Partner Community Portal refresh, we are asking eligible FRP Partners that are also M365 Copilot Jumpstart Partners to accept the M365 Copilot Voucher agreement and "opt-in" in the Partner Community Portal to participate in the M365 Copilot Voucher offer. This will ensure smooth redemption processing, should you have a customer who wishes to use a Copilot voucher.
ACTION
- Primary point of contact at eligible partners that receive an email Monday (January 22, 2024) follow the link and instructions on how to opt-in and participate.
- This is the same process followed to "opt-in" to participating as an FRP after October 1, 2024.
A few important notes regarding M365 Copilot Voucher redemption; FRP Partners must:
- Be an FRP in good standing and be accepted as an M365 Copilot Jumpstart Partner
- Meet the above criteria and be invited to "opt-in"
- Accept the invitation to opt-in prior to attempting to redeem a Copilot voucher
