Locating partner resources in the FastTrack Playbook.

The FastTrack Ready Partner Playbook content within the FastTrack Playbook can now be found in the Microsoft 365 scenarios section.
Guidance for members of the partner organization who are responsible for specific activities and tasks is available. Important! The preferred method to deliver the FastTrack Benefit with the customers is the M365 In Product Experience (IPE), which can be found in the M365 Admin Center of each customer tenant.
Specific guidance on how to use the IPE is in the Playbook section, In Product Experience.

Note: To access content within the FastTrack Playbook, you must sign in with partner credentials (i.e., name@contonoso.com and password).

Roles

Partner FastTrack Manager (P-FM): Manages the relationship with the customer and coordinates the CSU team and FastTrack Architect. The role within the partner’s organization can differ and is often in Pre-Sales, Sales, or consulting.
Partner FastTrack Engineer (P-FE): The technical delivery role that will deliver the onboarding guidance for Tasks.
Microsoft Subject Matter Expert (SME): Can assist the customer’s technical teams with technical onboarding activities.
Partner Subject Matter Expert (P-SME): A technical expert who will deliver advanced and technology specific onboarding guidance.

Executing delivery

In the documentation, there are sections on Outcomes, Approach, Deployment Plan Phase, Core and Service Onboarding Project Phases, Kickoff Stage, Plan Stage, Technical Onboarding, and Closeout.
