In this article: Steps to disassociate from customer
If a customer is assigned to a partner in the FPX and submits a Request for Assistance (RFA), the request will likely be routed to the existing partner if they meet all referral criteria. If an FPC partner wishes to avoid receiving referrals for an existing customer, it is recommended that partners disassociate from the customer in Partner Center.
The following steps should be used to remove the association
1. In Partner Center, select the Incentives tile.
2. In the left navigation, select Customer claims.
3. In the Filter by field, select Status = Approved, Engagement = Microsoft Online Service Usage (OSU) - Modern Work
4. Select the Claim ID
5. At the bottom of the Engagement Details page there will be an icon labeled Disassociate Customer.
6. Select the Disassociate Customer button.
Notes:
a. A dialog box will appear notifying you that you can disassociate.
b. Add your mandatory reason for disassociation and select the Disassociate customer button.
