Suggested by Teresa Heuke – Rejected
Its very clumsy and difficult to identify Fasttrack payments (non OSU). A good idea would be either -
- include the Transaction ID from the statement in the payment text
OR
- include the MS invoice number in the statements (because this is being sent in the text of the payments)
With that you will avoid a lot of questions when payments have been done and when they are received.

Thank you for your suggestion regarding making payments more traceable.
While we are not able to update the information shared on partner bank statements, we are working on a solution to provide partners with additional status/tracking information in the Partner Earnings Report. Once a payment has internally been handed over to MSInvoice for payment, we will be able to surface the MSInvoice# which is a relatively solid indication that payment has been deposited or will be within a few days. This functionality is in development with hopes of being released in early FY25/Q2.
