I would like to request the addition of a customer segment filter in FPX. Our partners are strategically focusing on SMC customers. However, FPX currently includes both Enterprise and SMC segment customers, which requires manual extraction of SMC data. This process is time-consuming and has become a blocker for FPX adoption.

Hello Ryota, can you elaborate more on the data extraction piece? Is the partner having to do the manual work or is this done by another team? Can you please explain and detail what the manual extraction is.

Thank you for your question! Partners have their own customer management systems, and each customer record in those systems contains a value for the customer segment. To check the customer segment of the data in FPX, partners extract the customer segment data from their systems and cross-check it. If FPX included the customer segment value, this verification step could be eliminated. Partners use the customer segment value to prioritize their actions. Many Thanks!
