Frequently Asked Questions
How can we receive an invitation, or identify the Microsoft Elevate field seller responsible for our organization?
The FY27 Elevate Deployment Booster is invitation-only. If your organization was included in the launch audience, no additional action is needed to request an invitation. Invitations are issued by Microsoft based on the program nomination process, and the Microsoft Elevate field nominates eligible customers and opportunities.
What email address should partners expect the invitation to come from?
Program invitations are sent from PXPartnerOnboarding@microsoft.com. The invitation is sent to the primary contact on file for the partner organization, so partners should confirm that the correct primary contact is listed.
Who should we contact if we do not receive the invitation?
If the expected invitation is not received, partners should first check whether it was sent to the primary contact on file and confirm it was not filtered into spam. If help is still needed, partners should contact PXPartnerSupport@microsoft.com so the support team can check invitation status and identify any issue preventing delivery.
Is this voucher limited to customers in certain countries only?
No. The program is available worldwide for eligible Nonprofit and Education customers. Partner lists may be organized by region to help customers identify partners closer to their region or area, but the voucher program itself is not limited.
Can the MCI deployment accelerators be used in conjunction with this program?
The Microsoft Elevate Deployment Booster Qualifying Workloads voucher cannot be combined with another offer for same qualifying workloads, including End Customer Investment Fund (“ECIF”), ABS+S Deployment Vouchers, and MCI Deployment Accelerators (post-sales). MCI Immersion briefing, Elevate ECIF, or Envisioning & PoC (pre-sales) are allowed.
When does the 90-day timeline for the voucher begin?
The 90-day timeline starts from the date the voucher was issued to the customer. This timeline was intentionally chosen to support targeted deployment activities that drive quick customer value. The Booster is designed to fund a focused phase of deployment, not the full end-to-end project.
