Voucher Extension Rules
The Quick to Market team cannot extend a voucher for an engagement that has not already been initiated. An SOW must have been submitted and approved.
Once the SOW has been approved, we require a request for extension from the customer explaining why they require more time beyond the six-month time limit stated on the voucher. This request can be submitted to the QTM team by the partner or the Account Team via email, ftspincentiveclaims@microsoft.com.
The customer request must also be received before the voucher expiration date.
The maximum one-time extension that can be granted is 60-days.
