Note: This feature is currently only available for the following programs: ME3/ME5 Migration + Deployment (MWDO), M365 Copilot Deployment Voucher, and AI Business Process Voucher.
The Quick to Market (QTM) Document Review feature in the FastTrack Partner Community (FPC) Portal helps partners quickly determine if their documents are ready for signatures and official submission. This AI‑assisted document review identifies missing information or discrepancies early in the voucher approval process, reducing revisions and delays.
Partners can upload their documents and receive automated review analysis—typically within 5–10 minutes. The QTM Document Review page on the FPC Portal will display the review status of each document—In Queue, In Review, Discrepancy, Passed, or Error—along with guidance to update and reupload documents if needed or proceed to the next steps.
For this release, the QTM Document Review feature is only available for pre-signatory review (SOW only). Support for signed SOW and POE document review may be introduced in future releases.
AI review and feedback
The results seen in QTM Document Review are generated by AI and may be incorrect or incomplete. Please carefully review all details for correctness before officially submitting your documents.
Partners can provide feedback on each document review by selecting the thumbs up or thumbs down icons, or by adding a written comment about their experience. Your feedback is highly valuable—it directly helps us improve the accuracy and performance of the QTM Document Review feature over time.
Need assistance? For support, please open a case on the FPC Portal and attach the document for review. Include "Pre-signatory Review" in the Case Title and include the Voucher ID and related documentation.
Step-by-step guide: Uploading a document for pre-signatory review
Follow these steps to upload your document for a pre-signatory review:
1. Sign in to the FPC Portal
Go to the FastTrack Partner Community Portal and sign in with your partner credentials.
2. Navigate to Document Review
Using the navigation menu, click on My Workspace → Document Review
3. Upload your document
Click Begin Review to submit your document for pre-signatory review.
Select Program Membership associated with this document and then upload the file.
Supported formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX
Max file size: 10 MB
4. Monitor review status
Refer to the document review status on the Document Review page.
Status Guide:
In Queue: Document review is in queue and will be processed shortly.
In Review: Document review is in progress (typically takes 5–10 minutes).
Discrepancy: Update your document as recommended and reupload.
Passed: Document has passed AI based validation for customer signatures.
Error: Error processing your document review.
5. Resolve Discrepancies
If the document review has a Discrepancy, update your document according to the recommendations and reupload it.
Once your document review status is Passed, ensure the document is signed by both parties physically or digitally (with a certificate) and then redeem the voucher via the FPC portal as usual.
6. Feedback and Support
Provide feedback by selecting thumbs up/thumbs down and adding a comment to the textbox. Your feedback directly helps improve the accuracy of this feature over time.
For assistance from Support:
Open a case in the FPC Portal.
Include “Pre-signatory Review" and the Voucher ID in the Case Title.
Example: Case Title: “Pre-signatory Review for Voucher ID: 123456”
Attach the document for review.
Important information
For security, uploaded files and review details are automatically deleted after 90 days.
