Overview

The following table represents the conditions under which a partner may or may not decline a referral and the steps the Referral Operations team will take after a partner has declined a referral.

Out of scope for FastTrack Benefit - Customer is unwilling to pay for additional servicesNo. The referral is not reprocessed and is closed.
Partner does not have capacity to support referralYes
Partner does not support referred workloadsYes. Validate the partner’s endorsements and escalate to leadership if necessary
Invalid referral, customer is already working with another partnerNo. The referral is not reprocessed and is closed.
Customer is unable to work with partner due to legal/political conflictsYes. The referral is reprocessed if the customer is unable to work with the current partner due to legal conflict.
Partner does not support customer type (Government/Education/Non-profit)Yes
Customer requires partner resources who speak their language Yes. Contingent on partner/language availability
