As the Business Applications Program (BAP) evolves and adds new partner opportunities the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) will be updated.

The table below has a high-level overview of updates made to the BAP T&Cs. It is not intended to be comprehensive and is not a legal document.

Important timelines to understand related to T&Cs publishing:

  • Launched FY25 T&Cs

December 16, 2024

  • Updated to clarify SOW and POE may not have the same customer approval date.
  • Updated POE definition to further clarify work must be performed by the BAP partner and cannot be outsourced to a third party. 

February 26, 2025

  • Added partner eligibility and responsibility requirement to complete Payment Central onboarding and profile setup.
  • Updated program to further clarify eligible customer signed SOW must be submitted and accepted before eligible customer signed POE can be submitted and accepted.
