Overview

As the FY24 GSI Copilot Deployment Offer Partner program evolves, the Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) will be updated as needed.

Below is a high-level overview of updates to the GSI Copilot T&Cs, it is not intended to be comprehensive and is not a legal document.

Important timelines to understand related to T&Cs publishing:

  • Microsoft Fiscal Year runs July 1 through June 30.
  • T&Cs align Microsoft FY.

  • Updated to indicate that claiming customer in CPOR is encouraged, not required.
  • Increased maximum number of program partners to 25.
  • Corrected reference of former Microsoft partner program to current Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program.
October 8, 2024
  • Updated the M365 Copilot Deployment Offer to reflect reduced licensing minimum to 500 and complete voucher value for 3,000 licenses on October 7, 2024.
  • Updated POE definition to further clarify work must be performed by a GSI partner and cannot be outsourced to a third party.
