Overview

Use the monthly statement report to:

  • View current and historical statements, based on Program Membership.
  • View month-to-month payment information.
  • Use filters to customize the data you want to view.
    • Examples: All payments made to a particular tenant, for a specific workload, for a determined time frame.
  • Export tables of statement data into Excel.

Accessing the Statement Report

  1. Log in to the Partner Community Portal.
  2. Select My Workspace, Statements
  3. Under the title of Statements, click the linked report.
  4. The report will open automatically to the Statement Details page where you can select the desired Program Membership to view.

Note: You must have a Program Admin or Statement Admin portal role to view a specific Program Membership’s statements and statement report. See the Access and Permissions article for more details on portal roles.
