Do
  • Be aware that when participating on the FastTrack Partner Community Portal your first and last name will be published.
  • Be positive, kind, and courteous. Respect your colleagues and our acceptable usage policy.
  • Search before you post! There is a chance that your question has already been answered.
    • Use keywords in the search tool on the community portal to find related content in all areas
    • Example: Search for “QTM” will find content on the Knowledge Base, Blogs, Ideas Forum, and web pages.
  • Keep private information private. Double check to make sure you are not posting confidential customer information.
  • Feel free to provide constructive feedback.
  • Contact Partner Support for FastTrack Partner Community related issues.

Don’t

  • Do not publish confidential resources or information.
  • Workload break-fix issues should be reported to Microsoft Support.
  • Solicitations and spam should not be posted. Promoting third parties can lead to violators being banned from the network.
  • Do not be negative. Avoid personal remarks, sarcasm, and blame.
  • Highly stylized fonts, profanity, or ALL CAPS must not be used. All caps and strange fonts can be annoying and read like shouting. It could incite others or make it difficult for some to understand.
  • Do not wander off topic. Topics must be specific to the FastTrack Partner Community or FastTrack Ready Partner.
  • Content from a private group should not be posted.

Partner Conversation Zone

This is a community for all FastTrack Community members. Our goal is to share a location for you to engage with each other - partners of all sizes and geographic locations.

Your activity in the Partner Conversation Zone is governed by the following guidelines:

  • Be polite. Remember you are having a conversation with your peers.
  • Be aware. When participating your first and last name will be published.
  • Be aware that access, use, and content of the external network may be monitored and reviewed by Microsoft to manage performance, security, and compliance.
  • Follow these best practices:
    • Introduce yourself by stating your role at your company.
    • Before responding to a thread, read the conversation to see if your question has been asked/answered. This will limit repetitive messages.
    • Keep your messages short, think “elevator pitch”, so that readers can read your post quickly and thoughtfully.
