Overview - Business Value
The FastTrack Partner Experience API was designed to provide Partners with easy access to data associated to claimed tenants and referrals. API can rapidly be integrated into CRM suites and web+mobile sites to leverage sending automated tenant updates to Microsoft.
Simplify Workflows
- Reduce the number of tools required to make updates to Notes, Contacts, and Entitlements.
- Fewer surfaces will increase the efficiency in day-to-day processes.
Expand Users
- Partner Center and FastTrack Centered UX has limited access based on user role.
- Integrating the API into solutions will allow a partner to broaden the user base, who can provide updates to Microsoft data.
Create Customized Reports
- Integrate FastTrack data into Power BI reports designed with individual partner organization needs.

Submit setup details
Partners must provide the following, when sending an email to fasttrackapisupport@microsoft.com:
- Subject line: Must contain "[Partner Name] API Authorization Certificate Access"
- Partner's Tenant ID
- Email address of users who will download the certificate, and when different, their usernames as they appear in your Azure Active Directory.
- Any CORS headers that need to be validated against and the allowed value for the headers.
The Support Team will email the partner when the certificate is available to be downloaded.

Roadmap
The following is the API roadmap. The pilot program began in May of 2023. Findings from the pilot program have been implemented and is APIv2 is now available to all partners.
