The FastTrack Partner Community Portal serves as a central location to access program-related resources, knowledge articles and training, and assistance. Some, not all, of the content on the portal is open for public consumption. Signing in with credentials provides complete access to all tools, making it easy to train new team partners, drive business success, engage with other partners, and connect with the Microsoft program team.

To receive assistance, click Support. The help tool first provides a series of related articles for partners to review before submitting a request for help. If further support is needed, guidance is available to assist the partner in completing the Help Request.
Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base contains knowledge articles written by program experts who have worked with customers to develop resources and resolve issues. The knowledge articles are constantly updated, expanded, and refined to ensure that you have access to the very latest information.
