What is Partner Center?​

Partner Center is the Microsoft tool that streamlines business processes to make it easier for partners to manage their relationships with Microsoft and customers. Use Partner Center to:

  • Manage your Microsoft account and users
  • Identify milestone opportunities
  • Engage with customers
  • Build relationships with other partners
  • Enroll in incentive programs
  • Manage your membership in the Microsoft Partner Network

Get Started​

Sign in to Partner Center using Partner Org ID credentials.

Partner Center Profile

Create your Partner Center profile and include your top five (5) locations where you are able to deliver FastTrack to customers. Note: It is important to regularly review and update your business profile in the Partner Center for you to receive referrals.

On the Partner Center Home Page, in the upper right-hand corner, select the icon as shown in the image below, and then select "My profile."

Important! As you increase your areas of expertise, update your profile.

Account Settings | Legal Info

In Account Settings | Legal Info keep your partner organization information updated.

In Partner Center select Referrals

How Partner Center Distributes Referrals

  1. Partner Center determines the customer's location.
  2. Partner Center performs a search on the customer's workload and seat size in addition to the customer's location.
  3. Partner Center determines if a partner is available.
    • If Yes, the customer is assigned and the assignment email is sent to the Customer, Partner, and Partner Success Manager.
    • If No, the request will be routed to the FastTrack Center.
  4. Partner Center sends a referral email to the Customer, Partner, and PSM.
