Notifications to be sent to users when usage milestones is reached and when payment is processing -> done. Would be nice, so no need to come every week and check manually.

Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to share a little information about the payment process to help understand why the time is needed. Statements/notifications are sent 45 days after the end of the achieving month due to data contracts with teams upstream of the Payment Platform and their steps to acquire and validate the data, process any necessary restatements, and run the processes to check if milestones have been achieved. Our team processes and releases this data to partners as quickly as possible; often times we do not receive the data until ~2 weeks prior to statements being published and need that time to ensure data accuracy/quality. Once we initiate payment, it takes anywhere from one week to several months for funds to reach a partner's account. The length of time it takes to deposit depends on internal audit/compliance, incomplete payment profiles and your country/banks schedule for settling deposits. Statement transactions can be tracked by Partners via MS Invoice; here they can see current and historical payments along with status and completion date information.
