Hi Team, 
M365 Customer Success Offer - Customers who own Office 365 licenses (E1, E3 and E5) are matched with an eligible FastTrack Ready Partner (FRP) and are granted the right to receive a voucher with a maximum value.
 
But how partner get to know if any of our existing customers are eligible for this offer or not, It would be great if this insight is available so that we can connect with Microsoft Team for the nominating eligible clients.

  • Hello and thank you for submitting your insight. This particular initiative is driven by MS Field and customers and not partner, so a customer would reach out to you to let you know that they have a voucher and would like to work with you vs the usual path of partner reaching out to the customer.
  • I understand but it will give additional advantage to us if we get to know the eligible customers, so that we can connect with customer proactively. 

    There may be a possibility of they may connect with another partner, however it is client only to select partner, but for customer already FastTrack on-boarded and working for increasign adoiption.
