Active user consumption control rules (MAU) that end up creating difficulties for us to work with customers. Unfortunately, due to various situations that are beyond our control, many customers reduce their consumption or even stop using the solutions. The problem is that we have had big problems with this, as our numbers end up being hugely negative.

This ends up creating difficulties for us to remain active in Microsoft programs.

  • Hello!

We continue to have difficulties with customers who are already associated with our portal, but we are looking for alternatives to get around this issue.

What we are having difficulty with now is Microsoft itself, as we are looking for new customers to be able to reach the number needed to meet the designation goals, but despite having the customer's approval, we are now having acceptance blocks coming from Microsoft itself to finalize the claim.

    Best Regards,

    Rogério Molina
  • Hi Rogério, Thank you for your response. I’m glad to hear you are working through solutions on your portal. If you continue to need support from Microsoft on the product side, let us know and we will do our best to connect you with resources to help. Regarding Partner Center and Claim approval, you will need to work with that portal to get support. You may try opening a help ticket with Partner Center. As our team is entirely uninvolved with claims and are not able to help, I will go ahead and close this Idea for now. Thank you again, Julie
