We continue to have difficulties accessing information and registering customers on the portal for CPOR actions. The portal is very slow and we are usually unable to add new customers. Furthermore, we are unable to easily access customer consumption information. We have a feeling that Microsoft is no longer using this type of benefit.

Thank you for sharing your Idea on our Forum surrounding the performance of the Claims portal. This idea has been escalated to the team who owns the Claiming portal for them to look into further.

Thank you for your Idea Submission. CPOR Claiming is done through Partner Center and that tool is owned by another program. This program utilizes that service to facilitate workload claiming so we cannot impact issues or effect changes as we do not have access or control of that tool, but we can share the information with the team that does own the CPOR process and tools. We have shared this comment with the Modern Work Leadership team for their review and possible follow-up if more information is needed to pinpoint any issue.
