We are excited to share two significant updates that will enhance your experience and capabilities within the Partner Center ecosystem.
Part 1: Partner Center FastTrack Insights are now AI Business Solutions & Security Insights
The FastTrack Partner Center Experience (FPX) has evolved into AI Business Solutions & Security Insights in Partner Center, reflecting our commitment to empower all partners—including FastTrack, CSP, and AI Business Solutions & Security partners—with enhanced tools and insights to accelerate growth across the Microsoft ecosystem.
What's new:
- Expanded access: Now open to all FastTrack, CSP and AI Business Solutions & Security partners, providing access to Growth Opportunities and MCI Performance pages
- Unified experience: Three dedicated functional areas for improved navigation:
- Growth Opportunities: Actionable leads and data insights for upsell and cross-sell, incentive eligibility and more
- MCI Performance: Track progress towards Microsoft Commercial Incentives eligibility
- FastTrack Referrals: Manage referral opportunities across the customer lifecycle (for FastTrack partners)
- Seamless transition: Legacy bookmarks and links redirect automatically; Partner APIs maintain backward compatibility
What remains unchanged:
- Core navigation, data views, filters, and actionable insights based on the latest Microsoft data science models on which you rely.
- FastTrack referrals and tenants tabs continue to require FPC membership.
- For FastTrack partners, the tenants tab is temporality unavailable until October 2, 2025.
- Existing workflows and data access remain intact.

Part 2: Release of MCI Modern Work Performance Measurement Experience
We're thrilled to announce the launch of Microsoft Commercial Incentives (MCI) Modern Work Performance Measurement within the AI Business Solutions & Security Insights experience.
This new capability empowers your organization to track progress toward Modern Work performance measurement requirements—globally and in real time.

What you can view, analyze, and export:
- Portfolio-level metrics: Passing rate and program status
- Geographic breakdown: Passing rate by area and milestone
- Engagement insights: Status of completed engagements with POE (Proof of Execution)
- Performance criteria: Usage, revenue, and licensing metrics (where data sharing is approved)
Portfolio KPIs at-a-glance:
Quickly view how your organization is tracking toward the 33% portfolio passing rate threshold across solution plays (e.g., Copilot + Power) and stages (Envisioning, PoC, Deployment Accelerator). Paused stages are clearly flagged.

Engagement statuses and milestone goal attainments:
The experience provides a detailed table of all completed engagements, engagement status, goals based on the milestone and engagement t-shirt size, and attainment metrics.

Additionally, you can easily identify engagements where customers have opted out of data sharing to follow up as needed.
Key callouts on data:
- The report refreshes monthly, mid-month, as revenue numbers close for the previous month. For instance, data will only be available for engagements completed in October, after November 15, 2025.
- Therefore, unless you have completed the new FY26 MW MCI engagements by August 2025, you will not see any data as of this announcement.
- Data sharing clause: Attainment metrics are only available if the customer has not opted out of data sharing in the post engagement survey.
- Global data access: The report is available at the global partner level (also known as Partner One). Therefore, you should see data for your entire partner globally, even if you only have regional report viewing access in Partner Center.
Coming soon:
- Rich visualizations and charts that allow you to quickly filter by area and milestone. As of the current release, no graphs will be in the experience.
- Cumulative and individual goals for repeat engagements: When engagements are repeated with the same customer, cumulative and individual engagements apply. This will appear in a nested experience to easily differentiate between the two goal types.
Next steps:
