Data Security signals in Copilot and Cloud Endpoints Opportunities in ASPX

New FPC announcement...

Data Security signals in Copilot Opportunities Tab

We're excited to share the Copilot tab of the AI Business Solutions & Security Partner eXperience (ASPX) dashboard surfaces Data Security signals alongside Copilot opportunity data — bringing data security readiness and Microsoft 365 Copilot opportunity into a single, side-by-side view.

Why we made the change
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot accelerates how quickly users can access information across the tenant — which makes oversharing, sensitive-data exposure, and missing protection controls a far more urgent customer conversation.
What it means for partners
  • Identify Copilot-ready tenants by data security readiness in a single view — no more cross-referencing tabs
  • Anchor Copilot conversations in the risks customers feel most acutely — oversharing and sensitive data exposure — instead of leading with a product pitch.
  • Drive E5 upsell and expansion tied to Copilot deployment, with clear services attach paths (workshops, assessments, pilots, deployment) via the storytelling playbook scenarios.
Use it with the storytelling playbook
The Copilot tab update is designed to be used hand-in-hand with the ASPX Data Security Storytelling Playbook, which turns ASPX data security signals into clear, confident customer conversations — no deep security expertise required. The playbook's three scenarios (data risk with no controls, controls with gaps, monitoring without prevention) map directly to what you'll see in the updated Copilot tab.

New Cloud Endpoints Growth Opportunities experience

In addition to Copilot and Microsoft 365 Secure Productivity workloads, ASPX extends its Growth Propensity and LXP (Land and Expand) based machine learning models for Windows 365 and Cloud Endpoints. The Cloud Endpoints experience provides high propensity target lists based on known customer associations (CPOR, CSP for now but more to come in the future). It offers tailored data and insights for marketing, sales, and customer success organizations to grow usage and upsell specifically for Windows 365 along the entire customer life cycle. The data includes signals such as Microsoft Intune and Entra usage, Windows 365 usage and whitespace, industry and seat level targeting for frontline (flex), MCI eligibility, and more.

Key models and data include:
  • Total Windows 365 eligible Microsoft 365 licenses and whitespace metrics to allow measurement of overall opportunity size along with renewal data.
  • Targeting scenarios for customers based on Land/Expand/Expand to Frontline (Flex) framework used by Microsoft sellers.
  • Windows 365 monthly active usage (MAU) and paid available units (PAU) as well as Intune and Microsoft Entra ID utilization.
  • Microsoft Commerce Incentive (MCI) eligibility to propel Windows 365 adoption and license expansion.

The Cloud Endpoints experience is available across the ASPX platform. Partners can access via ASPX user-interface embedded in Partner Center or programmatically access these insights via the Partner API.

Field-aligned Propensity:
The Windows 365 LXP framework focuses on key targeting scenarios, and pre-filters for high propensity customers based on Windows 365 eligible seats, Intune usage, licensing, and tenant industry.
