We resolved an issue that caused a significant drop (~20%) in customer tenants in the FastTrack Partner Center Experience (FPX) Copilot and the E3/E5 opportunity report.
Details:
The root cause was a Microsoft-wide FY26 tenant segmentation update. A bug during this rollout reduced tenant counts in all Opportunity tabs. The bug is fixed, and counts now reflect the correct opportunities. FPX Tenant and Customer tabs also now align with FY26 terminology and updated segment designations.
Note: Associations in Opportunity tabs remain limited to tenants classified as Enterprise (ENT) or Small Medium & Corporate (SME&C). Some tenants may have been added or removed due to reclassification.
