FastTrack Partner Center Experience updates

New FPC announcement...

We have successfully identified and resolved a performance issue that was affecting partners with larger subsidiaries. As a result, the overall FastTrack Partner Center Experience (FPX) page load performance for affected partners is now within our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

We have identified an issue where some MCI engagements that expired this week are still being included in the FPX summary cards and data table. To resolve this, a fix will be deployed today by end of the day Pacific Time to remove the recently expired MCI workshops, correcting most of the inaccurate counts in FPX. Another fix will be deployed by mid-next week to fully address the counts.

Update (March 21, 2025): A few pending FPX issues have been resolved, ensuring that MCI eligibility counts now accurately reflect eligible engagements in the summary cards. Additionally, issues have been fixed with the deeplinks of certain engagements in the MCI info panel. There are a few pending localization strings pending translation in the MCI experience for Italian and Spanish languages, which should be resolved by next week. This does not impact functionality.
