The Modern Work and Security Deployment Offer (MWSDO) team has updated the Voucher Extension Exception Criteria rules for the Migration and Deployment Offer, Copilot Deployment Offer, and Deployment Offer across Modern Work and Security programs.
For extension requests, please understand:
- Extension requests must be submitted prior to the voucher expiration date.
- Extension requests must be submitted and driven by the customer.
- Extension requests must include a detailed business justification detailing the reason an extension is needed.
- If approved, extensions for work extensions will be a maximum of 60 days and are limited to one extension per voucher.
These changes have been made in accordance with compliance requirements and will be enforced effective immediately. Partners are encouraged to leverage this knowledge when engaging a customer, specifically regarding timeline limitations.
