The FastTrack Partner Community Portal is a platform containing partner resources to assist customers in deploying and adopting Microsoft 365 products. In an ongoing effort to enhance partner tools across programs, the portal will be upgraded, and new features will be added within the next few months.
To accommodate the improvements, the FPC Portal domain will change in the coming weeks. The new domain will:
- Improve overall security.
- Create a more memorable URL.
The FPC Portal will move from https://m365-specialty-partner.powerappsportals.com to https://fpc.microsoft.com. Note: Users should still access the portal through the original URL until the "FPC Portal New Domain is Live" email is sent.
Users with a portal account will be impacted in the following way:
- Access instructions will be sent via email once the new domain is live
Users without a portal account will not be impacted as the current domain will be redirected to the new domain. At this time, however, users are encouraged to create a portal account. By signing up for an account (depending on the contact’s role), access will include:
- Commenting on Blogs and Knowledge Base articles.
- Submitting ideas in the Ideas Forum.
- Creating support cases.
- Viewing program memberships.
- Signing agreements.
- Redeeming vouchers.
- Viewing statements
