Effective tomorrow, May 3, 2024, all partner contacts with a FastTrack Partner Community (FPC) Portal account will be required to review the new FPC Portal Terms and Conditions upon signing into the portal. Note: For contacts without an account, the user experience will remain the same upon visiting the portal.
All users are encouraged to create a portal account. By signing up for an account (depending on role), access will include:
- Commenting on Blogs and Knowledge Base articles.
- Submitting ideas in the Ideas Forum.
- Creating support cases.
- Viewing program memberships.
- Signing agreements.
- Redeeming vouchers.
- Viewing statements.
